QLD Health Update 23 Dec

Nissan Arena can confirm it has been advised by Queensland Health that it has been listed as a low-risk exposure venue.

The listing relates to the NBL round 3 match between the Brisbane Bullets and Illawarra Hawks on Sunday 19 December held at Nissan Arena which took place between 12:30pm and 4:30pm. All spectators at this match have been deemed low risk casual contacts which has no mandated testing or quarantine requirements.

The Illawarra Hawks confirmed on Thursday that several individuals from the club returned positive COVID results.

If you attended Nissan Arena on Sunday, the advice from QLD Health is to monitor your symptoms.

If you become symptomatic get tested and isolate until you receive a negative result.

If you are no longer in Queensland, please check with the relevant state health department for health advice and requirements.

We will continue to provide further information and advice from QLD Health when necessary.

Nissan Arena will now be closed for the Christmas break. We would again like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas as well as a safe and happy New Year.
