Expression of Interest (EOI) for Naming Rights Partner of the Qld State Netball Centre (Nissan Arena)
Netball Queensland is excited to announce a rare and unique opportunity to secure the venue naming rights for the Queensland State Netball Centre – the home of netball in Queensland. It has been known as Nissan Arena since 2019, and is now looking for a new name, with a new partnership term from 1 January 2026.
We are now inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from potential partners who are interested in securing the Naming Rights for the venue.
About State Netball Centre
Based at Queensland Sport and Athletic Centre in Nathan, just 12 minutes from the Brisbane CBD, the venue features eight indoor hard courts, including a 5,000 seat show court, a gymnasium and high-performance training facilities.
Since opening in 2019, the venue has welcomed over two million visitors, including a record-breaking 428,000 in 2024 alone, making it one of the top five most frequented standalone Stadiums Queensland venues in the state.
The venue proudly hosts the Queensland Firebirds of the Suncorp Super Netball league, alongside a diverse range of national, state, and community events. In under seven years, the venue has staged more than 150 major sporting events, with many broadcasted nationally and internationally.

High visibility with over 32 million vehicles passing the venue annually and 250,000 utilising the adjacent Park n’ Ride carpark.

EOI Submission Requirements
Interested parties are invited to submit an Expression of Interest by providing the following:
1. Company Overview: A brief description of your organization, including its vision, values, and business objectives.
2. Rationale for Partnership: A statement outlining why your organization would be a strong fit as the Naming Rights Partner for the Qld State Netball Centre (currently Nissan Arena) and how this partnership aligns with your key marketing objectives.
3. Marketing & Engagement Strategy: Details on how your organization plans to leverage the naming rights to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the sporting community and beyond.
